Kids Weekend and Elmo’s Birthday Bash return for 2025 at SeaWorld Orlando, providing family-friendly fun.
Orlando locals or visitors looking for fun for the entire family have two upcoming events at SeaWorld Orlando to consider. Just for Kids Weekend happens this weekend. SeaWorld Orlando will also celebrate the lovable Elmo’s birthday on February 3, 2025. These events offer a variety of hands-on activities, interactive entertainment, and photo opportunities.
Just for Kids Weekend at SeaWorld Orlando (January 25–26)
For this weekend, SeaWorld Orlando invites guests to enjoy the fun of Sesame Street Land. During this event, many exclusive experiences are scheduled to occur. These range from live entertainment, craft stations, and character meet-and-greets. Highlights of the weekend include:
- Sesame Street Party Parade: This parade encourages guests to move to the beat alongside their favorite characters.
- It’s a Bubble-bration Dance Party: A DJ-led dance party filled with music, bubbles, and interactive fun at Sharks Plaza.
- Family Craft Station: A hands-on crafting area where guests can create colorful keepsakes.
- Meet Mr. Snuffleupagus: A rare chance to meet and take photos with the lovable Mr. Snuffleupagus from Sesame Street.
- Meet Shamu & Crew: Capture memorable moments with SeaWorld’s iconic aquatic friends in the Front Gate Area.
Guests can join the separately ticketed Birthday Breakfast Bash at Seafire Grill. It is held every Saturday and Sunday from January 25 through February 2. This dining experience begins at 9:00 a.m. and features breakfast with appearances by Sesame Street friends.
Elmo’s Birthday Celebration (February 3)
The festivities continue February 3 with Elmo’s Birthday Celebration. This interactive event offers birthday-themed activities and character appearances. Guests can enjoy:
- Elmo’s Birthday Storytime: Guests join Elmo for a special story time at the VIP Parade Viewing Area.
- Happy Birthday Elmo Sing-Along: Guests gather at the 123 Stoop in Sesame Street Land to sing “Happy Birthday” to Elmo.
- Birthday Photo Opportunities: Visitors can get up close with Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, and other Sesame Street friends for special photo moments.
- Elmo’s Birthday Craft Area: Guests can create personalized birthday cards for Elmo to commemorate the day.
Both events are included with park admission, providing a fun day for the whole family.
2025 SeaWorld Orlando Preschool Card
SeaWorld Orlando offers a fantastic opportunity for young children to enjoy these events and more with the 2025 Preschool Card. This card provides free SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica Orlando admission for Florida residents ages 3 to 5. Registration is open through February 3, 2025, with the first visit required by February 28, 2025. Once activated, the Preschool Card provides unlimited admission through December 31, 2025.
