This intimate, six-course culinary journey will premiere aboard the brand-new Oceania Allura™ on its inaugural sailing July 18, 2025, and expand to Oceania Vista® in September before reaching Marina™ and Riviera™ in 2026.

In partnership with celebrated South of France winemaker Gérard Bertrand, this immersive dining experience is a masterclass in flavor, pairing exquisite French wines with a gourmet menu designed to educate, indulge, and inspire.

Set in Jacques, Oceania’s signature French restaurant, the Gérard Bertrand pairing event is an intimate affair—limited to just 40 guests. Priced at $175 per person (plus gratuities), this experience goes beyond dining; it’s a voyage into terroir, technique, and taste.
