An Epic Nine-Day Celebration of Global Flavors, Star Chefs, and Signature Experiences
Wynn Las Vegas has officially announced the return of Revelry, its acclaimed culinary festival, set to run from September 19 to 27, 2025. Back for its second year, Revelry will unite the world’s top culinary talents, award-winning mixologists, and visionary vintners for an unforgettable week of food, drink, and immersive experiences.
Guests can expect to indulge in a carefully curated lineup of grand tastings, exclusive dinners, and hands-on classes — all set against the luxurious backdrop of one of Las Vegas’ most iconic resorts.

🌟 The Feast – Saturday, Sept. 20 at 7:30 p.m.
The festival’s signature event transforms Wynn’s Event Pavilion and Lawn into a global culinary journey. Sample flavors from:
- American Heartland BBQ by chefs Daniel Castillo and Burt Bakman
- Tijuana to Yucatán tacos & cocktails with chefs Rogelio Garcia, Victor Delgado, and Sarah Thompson
- Coastal Mediterranean dishes from Antonia Lofaso, Enzo Febbraro, and Martin Heierling
