Howl-O-Scream Orlando 2024: Tickets, New Houses, Scare Zones, and Shows
Howl-O-Scream 2024 at SeaWorld Orlando promises new scares, new houses, and new adventures for brave souls.

This year’s Howl-O-Scream event at SeaWorld Orlando includes five haunted houses, seven scare zones, two shows, and five interactive bars. This spooky event runs on select nights (primarily weekends) from September 6 to November 2.
New Howl-O-Scream haunted houses this year

SeaWorld Orlando presents four new haunted houses for guests to walk through this year. For example, guests will enter a high-stakes spooky wager in “The Ultimate Gamble,” a new house for 2024. This house claims that the casino’s life-or-death stakes risk turning each step into a trap, making visitors ghostly patrons forever caught in the eternal game.
Also, Howl-O-Scream guests will experience “Water’s Edge Wellness Center.” In this house, guests will see the remains of the former promised serenity and care of this facility. SeaWorld states guests will experience the horrors of eternal mystery and dark secrets. These await within its haunted halls. The living and dead collide there.
“Atlantis—Journey Below,” Howl-O-Scream Orlando’s third new haunted house, takes those who dare into a ghostly house. From there, they will venture into an underwater kingdom. Guests should expect to meet sea creatures and unexpected sounds from the deep.
For those desiring someplace above the water, “Farm 51” might meet your desires. According to SeaWorld Orlando’s description, this haunted house awaits to devour your soul. The air here is heavy with dread, broken only by the eerie rustling of cornfields, revealing you’re not alone.
Also, the unique house, “D3LER1UM666 Laboratories,” returns this year. Last year, it starred as the best house of 2023, which may be one reason for its return in 2024.
Sinister scare zones at SeaWorld’s Howl-O-Scream 2024

This year’s Howl-O-Scream returns with seven scare zones. Three scare zones will arrive as new in 2024. They are:
- Paradise Palms – A once-idyllic roadside haven turns nightmarish where guests may check in but might never check out of this weathered abode with a chilling history.
- Cannibal Harbor- This once-thriving port is now a place of primal fear, where cannibalistic mariners hunt fresh prey.
- Seeds of the Coven – This creepy zone takes guests into a mystic forest where the witches will surprise us all.
The four returning scare zones are:
- Blood Light District
- Toxic Turmoil
- Terrors of the Deep
- Carnevil Pier.
Returning Fan Favorite Shows and Macabre Bars with Terrifying Treats

Howl-O-Scream also includes darkly entertaining shows. “Siren’s Song” returns this year. At this show, guests hear the tale of the fabled sirens, who distract and allure even the bravest souls. In addition, fan-favorite “Monster Stomp” seeks to bring Howl-O-Scream guests into a terrifying world of the past. This high-paced musical show stars Jack the Ripper. We know that VacationeerTom of Vacationeers Podcast will see this year’s version of “Monster Stomp.” Of course, after he visits Howl-O-Scream this year, he will talk about his thoughts about the show and other spooky elements on the podcast.
Howl-O-Scream has become known for its spooky-themed bar at the Orlando event and at Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Two new bars open this year, “Sacrificial Spirits” and “Space Gate 3.” Also, “Longshoremen Tavern” returns for another year. “Tormented” is also back to haunt you. It offers refuge from the wintry wasteland while you brave the horrors beneath the ice.
