Everglazed Disney Springs added a new donut to its everyday menu. What did we think of the Blueberry Maple Donut, the new permanent addition?

Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew has been at Disney Springs for over four years now. It is near the westside entrance of the Orange Garage. This restaurant serves donuts, cold brews, burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches. Surprisingly, we have enjoyed almost everything on the menu here. Yes, we have tried every item at least once. In fact, we prefer the burgers here over D-Luxe Burger, which is also at Disney Springs.

Our most recent visit to Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew happened because we wanted to try the Blueberry Maple Donut. This donut recently moved onto the everyday lineup at Everglazed Donuts Disney Springs. Before that, it had appeared as an occasional menu item. We sat down at Everglazed to try this donut and, of course, write about it.
Blueberry Maple Donut at Everglazed Disney Springs

The Blueberry Maple Donut offers plenty of flavors. The menu description reads,” Maple iced, blueberry filled, and topped with streusel, blueberry buttercream, and vanilla icing. “The Blueberry Maple Donut sounds like an odd combination of flavors for a donut. It costs $6.50. Everglazed Disney Springs does accept annual pass and other discounts.
It appears the chefs have taken one of their signature glazed donuts and added a layer of maple icing. That flavor is very powerful, so guests should prepare for that. After that, a small amount of blueberry jelly is placed on top of the donut. This goes underneath the blueberry buttercream-like frosting on top of this sugary creation. Like all the donuts, these donuts contain plenty of power to cure your sweet tooth.

The blueberry buttercream-like frosting on the top of the donuts brings a solid flavor. This will work for those looking for a donut resembling a blueberry waffle. The small amount of blueberry jelly under the frosting enhances the overall sugary experience.
Overall, the combination of flavors does work with this donut. We can see why it moved from an occasional item at Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew to a part of the everyday menu.
