Star Wars Month celebration at Disneyland Resort returns May 1 – June 4 with returning and new entertainment and food. Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris will also celebrate during Star Wars Month.

Star Wars Month returns to Disneyland Resort from May 1 to June 4, 2023. Disney states that guests can become one with the “Force” with limited-time offerings, including the return of Hyperspace Mountain, where guests can hurtle through hyperspace while dodging furious dogfights. Many Star Wars Month food and beverages options add to this celebration such as the Temple Rootleaf and Moss Salad (plant-based version available) and the Darth by Chocolate Parfait.
In the Downtown Disney District, guests can pose at a photo opportunity inspired by “Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures” and check out additional items at Marceline’s Confectionery, Lovepop, Pandora Jewelry, and California Sole. Movie nights at the Disneyland Resort hotel will feature “Star Wars” movies on select nights in May.
Of course, Star Wars Month merchandise will be a part of this event. Disney indicated that a guide to special Star Wars Month merchandise will be released soon.
Beginning May 4 at Disneyland Resort, guests can capture memories with Disney PhotoPass Magic Shots taken in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge featuring a surprise appearance by BB-8 or BD-72, along with a new Disney PhotoPass Lens (available with the purchase of Disney Genie+ service) which allows guests to customize their own Mandalorian helmet and armor.
Star Wars Month Food and Beverage

With the Star Wars holiday, May the Fourth, coming up, Disney announced some tasty Star Wars treats for guests to enjoy in May at many of its theme parks.

This year’s Star Wars food and beverage offerings can be found on both sides of the United States and in Paris. These options range from the Acid Spitter Orb Sipper at Disneyland Resort, Star Wars staples like the Lightsaber Churro at Walt Disney World Resort, and the adorable Grogu Meringue at Disneyland Paris. Also, a unique Grogu sipper will be sold on both coasts of the United States.

With Disneyland Resort also celebrating Black Spire Day in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, California’s food and beverage options look initially like the best selection at a Disney theme park resort. However, we will know more when these items start being sold closer to May the Fourth.
Disneyland Resort
Star Wars fans can visit Docking Bay 7 for several exciting options in May at Disneyland Park. They are:

Temple Rootleaf and Moss Salad with Seasoned Gwayo Egg – sweet-savory salad greens, brined vegetables, roasted mushrooms, fried potato noodles, and soy-marinated soft-boiled egg (Available beginning May 2; mobile order available)
Plant-Based Temple Rootleaf and Moss Salad – sweet-savory salad greens, brined vegetables, roasted mushrooms, and fried potato noodles (Available beginning May 2; mobile order available)
Acid Spitter Orb Sipper with Lanyard – includes choice of fountain beverage at the time of purchase. These light up for more enjoyment. This will be limited to five per transaction with no discount available. These sippers should be available starting May 2 while supplies last. This will also be available for purchase at Ronto Roasters.

Over at Galactic Grill, two famous users of the force receive special May Star Wars recognition at Disneyland Park. A scary Darth by Chocolate Parfait will be sold from May 2 – 6.
Also, a sure-to-be-popular Grogu sipper starts being sold at Disneyland Park on May 2. Like the previously mentioned sipper, this one will be sold while supplies last with no discounts. These sippers can also be found at the food and beverage cart in the Tomorrowland area.

Kat Saka’s Kettle offers three Star Wars food options. These will each be available starting May 2. They are:
Surabat Valley Mix – Sweet kettle corn (Also available with furikake)
Niamos Mix – Savory sour cream and chive popcorn (Also available with furikake)
Jellyfruit Muffin – Passion fruit buttermilk muffin with pineapple and blackberry jam.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios serves as the home of most of the Walt Disney World Star Wars treats. Some Star Wars treats look familiar. Others will be brand new. The options announced by Disney in that theme park are:

Jettison Juice – Minute Maid Lemonade and watermelon served with a glow cube (Non-alcoholic)

Darth Vader Cupcake – Chocolate cupcake with chocolate-peanut butter buttercream, dipped in dark chocolate ganache, edged in chocolate flakes, and topped with a chocolate Darth Vader.

At this location, guests can buy an Oi-Oi Puff. This raspberry cream puff with passion fruit mousse will only be sold on May 4 and 5. The Acid Spitter Orb Sipper can also be found here and at Ronto Roasters in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The celebration of May the Fourth for Star Wars fans lasts more than just that day and spreads to the resort hotels and Disney Springs.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

For example, at Pineapple Lanai on May 4 only. guests can buy a Millennium Falcon Star Wars soft-serve sundae. This sundae consists of “Galactic gray vanilla soft-serve with mint flavor, chocolate cream cookie crumbles, chocolate drizzle, white chocolate pearl stars, brownie asteroid pieces with stardust sparkles, and a Millennium Falcon white chocolate piece.”
Disney Springs

The Ganachery gets into the Star Wars act starting May 1st with several sweet treats. These are:
Queen Amidala Chocolate Piñata – Dark chocolate piñata filled with ruby chocolate and raspberry bark (Available May 1 through 31)
Ahsoka Pop – Plant-based coconut and blueberry swirl pop enrobed in dark chocolate (Available May 1 through 31)
Millennium Falcon Pop – Milk chocolate pop with crisp pearls (Currently available)

Swirls on the Water adds a Star Wars treat starting on May 4. The Loyal Astromech Swirl will be sold from May 4-31. This treat contains Dole mango-flavored soft swirled with habanero. This soft serve comes in a red velvet cone with toasted graham cracker crumbs, chocolate rocks, and a BB-8 edible garnish.
Disneyland Paris

Finally, over at Disneyland Paris, guests can enjoy the Grogu Meringue. This will be sold at Cool Station in Disneyland Park starting May 4. The Grogu Meringue consists of white chocolate icing and macaron. This will be available while supplies last.
