Sharks Underwater Grill received a menu update. Guests can enjoy new appetizers and entrees at this restaurant within SeaWorld Orlando.

Sharks Underwater Grill and Bar qualifies as table service or sit-down dining at SeaWorld Orlando. It offers a unique dining experience where guests can enjoy various dishes while observing sharks and other sea creatures in a large, floor-to-ceiling aquarium. According to SeaWorld Orlando, Sharks Underwater Grill and Bar serves a variety of beef, chicken, shrimp, vegetarian options and desserts.
On March 13, 2025 Sharks Underwater Grill received some menu changes. The current menu looks like this:
Sharks Underwater Grill and Bar Appetizers
- Sundried Tomato Chicken Quesadilla (Sharable) – Tender chicken adobo in rich blend of spices, pimento cheese, creamy avocado, roasted corn relish, crema, and pico de gallo salsa ($26)
- Grilled Lamb Chops – Roasted potatoes, rosemary, Greek Tzatziki Sauce ($19)
- Cold Water Lobster Bisque – Rich and creamy blend of tender lobster meat and aromatic vegetables infused with a touch of sherry cream ($18)
- Coconut Chicken Tenders – Marinated in a blend of spices. Coated in a crispy coconut crust with a Florida citrus chili dipping sauce. ($17)
Sharks Underwater Grill and Bar Entrees
- Wagyu Sliders – Sweet caramelized onions, vine ripe tomatoes, sundried tomato pesto. Served with a choice of vegetable or truffle parmesan fries. ($39)
- Filet Mignon – 8oz Grilled Beef, Cabernet Demi Sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables ($45)
- Tempura Shrimp – Light Tempura Battered Jumbo Shrimp, Japanese Sticky Rice, Bok Choy, Mushrooms, Red Peppers, Kalbi Sesame Glaze ($41)
- Kobe Beef Sliders – Bacon & Onion Jam, Vintage Cheddar, Herb Mayo, Hand-cut Truffle Buttered Fries or vegetables ($41)
- Miso Roasted Atlantic Salmon – Miso Ginger Glaze, Furikake, Nori, Daikon, Japanese Sticky Rice ($41)
- Grilled Lamb Chops – Marinated fresh garlic and rosemary, Brushed with a tomato Greek sauce. Whipped Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Greek chimichurri and tzatziki sauce. ($39)
- Guacamole Turkey Sliders – Vine ripe tomato, grilled red peppers, garlic aioli. Served with a choice of vegetables or truffle parmesan fries. ($30)
- Cajun Chicken Tacos – Roasted corn, tomato, and cilantro salsa, grilled pepper coulis, and feta cheese. Served with a choice of vegetables or truffle parmesan fries. ($30)
- Grilled Free-Range Chicken Basil-Pesto Sandwich – Toasted ciabatta bread, marinated chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, and arugula. Choice of vegetables or truffle parmesan fries. ($29)
- Chicken Quinoa Tabbouleh Bowl – Grilled chicken, quinoa, cucumbers, parsley mint, tomatoes, peppers, and balsamic vinaigrette. ($27)
Salads (Guests can chicken for $8 more. They can add salmon or shrimp for $12 more)
- Caprese Salad – Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze. ($23)
- Greek Salad – Fresh greens, red onions, cucumbers, red peppers, tomato, and feta cheese. This is served with a Greek vinaigrette. ($23)
- Caesar Salad – Fresh chopped romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese, garlic herb croutons served with a traditional Caesar dressing.
Desserts at Sharks Underwater Grill and Bar
- Chocolate Cake Confusion – Brownie and chocolate cake filled with fudge and enrobed in ganache. ($15)
- Cannoli Cake – Four layers of yellow cake, orange cream, and chocolate chips topped with a mini cannoli. ($15)
- White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake – Smooth, white chocolate cream cheese filling and raspberry coulis. ($15)
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Platter – Whipped cream, sprinkles, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. ($15)
